Experience Inspired Focus
Nitro Create is POWER's annual tech conference event that brings
hundreds of Business Technology programmers together for a week of
coding, problem-solving, and team building exercises at our Philadelphia HQ.
2025's theme was 'Experience Inspired Focus'—finding the humanity behind
every line of code and pixel we create. Attendees broke into teams and worked
together to imagine experiences beyond our screens, enhance connections that
matter, and reflect on what truly moves us.
